I noticed on Windows 11 24H2 that my mouse would not move between screens properly. I have four monitors, and I actually had spots where I could cross a spot on monitor 1 and it jumps to monitor 3, I move the mouse back towards monitor 1 and it then jumps to monitor 2. It then moves back and forth from monitor 1 and 2, it made monitor 3 basically a one-way mouse mover to the other screens. This was very odd and disconcerting.
The solution is to uncheck this option "Ease cursor movement between displays", it is located in Settings -- System -- Display -- Multiple displays
