In my case, rebooting the customers T-Mobile Router fixed the issues.

Other things we tried to fix the issue:
Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
Incognito window.
Another Amazon account.
Reboot
sfc /scannow
Sign out of Amazon and back in
Clearing cache
Reboot the router/modem (fixed the issue for me)
Search Keywords: 7031
