Secure remote access via Cloudflare Reverse Proxy, this is free, relatively secure (much more secure than directly exposing the port to the internet), and seems to work quite well.

If you are having issues logging into your account on your phone or tablet, try creating a new user with a simpler password. I believe there is some length or character limitation, even when copying and pasting from my password manager it will fail to login from my Pixel 9 phone, but works fine from my computer (both using a password manager that syncs the password).
