If your printer suddenly won't print, try these steps:
1: Power off printer, then start it back up. 2: Restart computer (not shutdown, do a restart) 3: Reboot router. If the printer or computer is connected via wifi, a router glitch can stop connecting the devices if either (or both) are using wireless, a restart may fix that. 4: If the printer or computer is connected to a Wifi Guest network, connect it to the main network instead. |
