DrugPak --------------------------- App Startup failed: \AppInit\EsaErr: (\SaPrepareTable()\EADSDatabaseError: (TsaAdsTable70_128777552: Error 7008: The specified table, memo file, or index file was unable to be opened.)))) --------------------------- OK --------------------------- Fix: Shut down all computers, restart Drugpak. If error happens again, reboot server. Drugpak support also mentions this possible fix, running it as Administrator. You may need to make sure the drive is mapped as Administrator (or Admin account has network share access) first. They list these fixes in the opposite order, but in my case the above fixed it, so I list it first. 1: The first thing to try to resolve this is to run DrugPak in a special way. Right-click on the icon that you use to run DrugPak, and in the menu that displays, select "Run as Administrator". This action may cause Windows to request the administrator password for your computer. If using the "Run as Administrator" resolves the problem, then the problem is a cached copy of the file "ADS.ini" in the user account. Deleting that file will resolve the problem. Windows often establishes a copy of the ADS.ini file, and if that copy exists, it will ignore changes made to the C:\Windows instance of the file. That copy is located in the C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows folder. You can simply delete the file from that 'VirtualStore' folder. 2: The problem may be caused by missing files from your installation of DrugPak. This is only possible if you have problems running DrugPak on all computers (if any computer can run DrugPak without errors, then the following is not a good solution). There are two possible solutions to this condition. Prior to attempting either of these solutions, we recommend that you create a temporary backup of your DrugPak to prevent further damage. Information about making a backup of DrugPak is available in the DrugPak Knowledge Center at https://support.screenhubb.com/KnowledgeCenter/Article/2667 |
