Guide Issues Account Takeover / Password Stolen Updated August 21 2024
Some resources to help if your account has been taken over. This is a basic list now, I will add to it as I assist more customers needing assistance.

In general, you should quickly:
Reset your password.
Ensure 2nd factor authentication is enabled if it is supported. This is the number 1 step to stop this from happening again.
Make sure backup information is correct. Phone numbers, alternate emails addresses.
Sign out of other sessions if possible (this logs the attacker out in their app/browser, and if they don't have your new password, they can't get back in)
