I just received this scam attempt. The body of the email had my name and actual home address. It had one PDF attached, a picture of which is below. The second page of the PDF had a picture from Google Streetview of my neighbors house (they almost got it right!). As with other blackmail attempts, never pay or respond to these attempts. Paying them is unlikely to be a one time thing, they will come to expect a recurring payment.
