Step 1:
Save the boot image from an existing ISO.
Mount ISO as virtual CD (right click iso, open with, windows explorer)
Use Imgburn create image from files/folders, under Advanced, Boot, at the bottom create image from mounted ISO
Save this boot file.

Step 2:
In Imgburn, pick "Create image file from files/folders"
Add all files to Imgburn, make sure image is selected as bootable (and the boot image you created in step 1 is selected), create image.
