If Windows 11 asks you to change your password, and you don't have a password, you can leave all password fields blank and click the arrow. It will say the password was changed and let you log in.
To disable password expiration on the computer, run this from an Administrator command prompt: Copy to Clipboard
net accounts /maxpwage:unlimited
To disable password expiration for one account, run this from an Administrator command prompt: Copy to Clipboard
net user "yourusername" /expires:never
