Microsoft is retiring Microsoft Publisher. You can still get it if you buy/use Office 2021, but it will be removed from Office 365.
Alternatives / replacements: Import into LibreOffice Draw, then export as a PDF. This app is free-ish (for non AI parts) https://www.affinity.studio/download |
