These are some steps on what is needed to upgrade from one Android phone to another. These apply to me, you will probably need more steps than I have listed.
Steps to ensure: Contacts are backed up Messages (SMS) are backed up. Backup Pictures/Videos Use built in migration app to copy all data. Add any other Google and other accounts Export and import from Google Authenticator (or other TOTP App) Copy accounts from Microsoft Authenticator Login to Messenger Set up Audiobook root directory, sync current book progress Set up auto photo backup Set up Music app, download some music Factory Wipe old phone |
