"Device is unreachable" Error message when trying to import media from iPhone to Windows 10 PC On iPhone, goto: Settings --> Photos Change the setting "Transfer to Mac or PC" from Automatic to "Keep Originals". Disconnect iphone (if it was still connected) and try again. |
