From UC software to Obi 6.4.3.10072:

Set provisioning server to HTTPS mode, server: pp.ringcentral.com/pp username and password blank Save and reboot Configure VVX450 Phone for Dialpad: Starting from UC firmware: Login to phone via browser to it's IP.
