For Home/Pro editions, use these steps, for LTSC Enterprise versions scroll to the bottom.

You can also use Rufus which can download the ISO. This is the tool I use to put ISO's on USB drives.

Force prompt for Edition during installation, even if the Motherboard has a setting for which is licensed. This will force the Windows Installer to prompt for which edition to install (Home, Pro, etc) during installation:
Create the following text file on your USB installer for Windows 10/11: sources\ei.cfg

Copy to Clipboard [EditionID] [Channel] Retail

Create a Win11 LTSC Enterprise USB installer:
This also will let you do an upgrade from Win10 LTSC to Win11 LTSC.

Download the batch file, run it, pick the target Windows version then Select, repeat again.
When the Windows Media Creation tool pops up, uncheck the box to select the version, and pick the edition you want.
