If you are signing into Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and get this error message after entering the email address and you get this message (before being prompted for the password).
To fix this, open Windows Settings, then Accounts, then "Access work or school". Remove the account that is having the issues, reboot, and then try signing in again. | |
