1: Restore BIOS default settings, tap F10 after powering on until BIOS screen opens, set defaults and save settings. 2: Run Hardware diagnostics to test the hard drive 3: For a laptop, try doing this reset: Unplug all cables from laptop (including power). Hold Power button and F6 button for 30 seconds.
