Some resources to help if your account has been taken over. This is a basic list now, I will add to it as I assist more customers needing assistance.
In general, you should quickly: Reset your password. Ensure 2nd factor authentication is enabled if it is supported. This is the number 1 step to stop this from happening again. Make sure backup information is correct. Phone numbers, alternate emails addresses. You can also try using this form if your personal Facebook account was disabled. appeals@fb.com – Use this for inquires about appeals if your content has been blocked or if your account has been suspended. You can also try using this form to appeal your personal Facebook account being suspended. support@fb.com – This is a very basis support email and you should be very, very detailed about your issue if you use this general email address. platformcs@support.facebook.com – This email address is specifically for financial issues that are related to your Facebook activities. abuse@fb.com – This email is monitored pretty closely, but don’t try to use it for situations other than reporting abuse.
