Some things to try:
1: If the Wifi name has a special character in it (such as an any of these, rename your wifi to remove it. " ' , . ? / \ _ - @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) 2: Try doing a reset on the printer, erase all settings to factory defaults and then try to configure it again. |
