My drive had filled up, as seen when running "df -h"
I followed the instructions here and was able to fix the issue by enlarging the size of the Virtual Machine. I first expanded the drive size in Hyper-v. https://askubuntu.com/questions/1356446/ubuntu-not-taking-all-disk-space Update UISP using: Copy to Clipboard
